Deputy PM: No threat to Russian winter crops from warm winter
ENEM LOCALITY, republic of Adygeya, Dec 23 (PRIME) -- Warm weather this winter bears no threat to winter crops in Russia, Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Gordeyev told reporters on Monday.
“So far, there are no risks. We are monitoring it, we are looking into it. The major point of concern for us should be the south of Russia – the Krasnodar and Rostov regions, but everything has been normal so far. The winter has simply been delayed,” he said.
